Starting from bare walls, our team at Comor Construction designed and built this bright, modern kitchen from the ground up:

• Waterfall quartz island with dramatic veining — a showstopper that doubles as the main gathering spot, complete with sleek black bar stools
• Full-height quartz backsplash from counter to ceiling, seamlessly matched to the countertops for a clean, uninterrupted look
• Custom two-tone cabinetry — flat-panel white lowers paired with warm rift-cut oak uppers and floating shelves that keep the space feeling light and airy
• Matte black hardware and fixtures throughout, including a statement gas range, undermount sink, and pull-down faucet
• Oversized matte black dome pendants anchoring the island — bold, sculptural, and perfectly on-trend
• Open shelving styled with intention, giving the kitchen a lived-in warmth without sacrificing the modern edge

The result? A kitchen that looks like it belongs in a design magazine — but actually lives in East Vancouver.

We just completed this stunning primary bathroom renovation in Vancouver and we couldn't be more proud of how it turned out.

Every detail was carefully considered — from the handcrafted zellige-style wall tile that catches the light beautifully, to the brushed gold fixtures throughout that add just the right amount of warmth and luxury. The blush pink custom vanity paired with a crisp white quartz countertop is an absolute showstopper, and the frameless glass shower with a skylight overhead? Pure spa energy. 🛁✨
