A premium sake from Fukushima’s renowned Okunomatsu Sake Brewery, Navy Blue Junami Daiginjo is expertly crafted with pure Mount Adatara spring water and Chiyonishiki rice polished to 50%. This sake offers refined aromas of melon and white peach, finishing with a crisp, silky smoothness.

The Sunflower Yeast Junami is brewed with innovative methods using flower yeast. Crafted with Shunyo sake rice, this expression yields vibrant, wine-like aromas (comparable to Sauvignon Blanc) with crisp notes of grapefruit, gooseberry, and herbaceous undertones. It pairs beautifully with seafood and fresh salads.

Karahashi Black Junami Ginjo boasts aromas of fresh apples and tropical fruits, this sake is perfectly balanced with gentle sweetness, clean acidity, and a hint of umami. Its lively, lightly sparkling texture leads to a crisp, refreshing finish.
