Community Leadership Initiative - CLI

🥘The Plateful Project🥘is a food recovery initiative by CLI youth addressing food waste and food insecurity by redistributing recovered food to the community. Youth leaders partnered with local organizations and to create an inclusive space where community members received fresh produce while learning about long-term food support resources. 
 
Over 150 kilograms of rescued produce were redistributed to community members in need while local partners shared information about ongoing food security resources and supports.
