IIEE Canada Chapter Successfully Conducts Professional Mobility and International Recognition Webinar🇨🇦🇵🇭

The IIEE Canada Chapter successfully conducted its technical webinar entitled “Professional Mobility and International Recognition: ACPE, ASEAN Engineer, APEC Engineer, and IntPE Registration” on June 26, 2026 (BC Time) via Zoom. The event was a resounding success, bringing together participants/ aspirants from various IIEE chapters in the Philippines and overseas, demonstrating the strong commitment of Filipino electrical practitioners toward professional growth and international recognition.

The webinar provided valuable insights into the pathways for obtaining prestigious international engineering credentials, including ACPE, ASEAN Engineer, APEC Engineer, and IntPE Registration. Participants also gained a deeper understanding of the Engineering Practice Report (EPR), Engineering Activity Report (EAR), competency matrix, application requirements, and the role of the Electrical Engineering Register Committee (EERC) in supporting engineers seeking international mobility.

The event also served as an excellent opportunity for the chapter’s membership drive, allowing attendees to learn more about the organization’s programs, professional development initiatives, and community engagement activities.
