There are many things we can’t choose, but the people, the places, and how we live our lives — those we can.

I feel deeply grateful for the life I’ve chosen for myself, for the experiences I’ve lived, and for all the places I’ve seen.
But beyond all of that, this weekend reminded me just how special the people around me are. The love I felt was something truly meaningful.

For the people who have become my home, no matter where I am in the world. For the ones who make me feel seen, welcomed, supported, and deeply loved. For the friendships that feel like family, and the family that has always been my foundation.

I feel so lucky to be surrounded by souls that hold me, laugh with me, and remind me of who I am.
