When you start training someone, and from day one you SWEAR ON YOUR LIFE that you know this person from somewhere, he repeatedly and very confidently says “nah we’ve never met” and a month later you find out he’s in one of your favourite comedy movies growing up!! Mind fully blown. I TOLD YOU

A good friend of mine just before Covid on the left, and now, on the right. An incredible example of someone who chose to prioritize his physical and mental health throughout the pandemic. Like so many, he was also faced with business setbacks over this past year, but he didn’t let that get in the way of what matters most – maximizing his overall well-being. Almost 6 months ago, he completely quit drinking, ate super clean, and never missed a session. This guy has been nothing but positive and has been an absolute pleasure to train with. Well done Matty, to say the least. 🙌🏻💪🏻🙏🏻
