Create a yearly learning plan. Invest in your personal and professional growth.

I have always really valued personal growth. It’s a commitment to myself, my potential and my development, and also to my clients who I can show up for more powerfully the more I learn and grow.

It’s safe to say I’ve become a truly life long learner 📚

This year I signed up for a business mastermind with to upgrade my skills in marketing, and get accountability, community & mindset support to reach my goals. It can be so helpful to learn from people who are where you want to be.

Try these 6 steps to create a learning + growth plan for yourself:
1. Define your business goals for the next 6-12 months.
2. Reflect on why this matters to you (aim for meaningful goals).
3. Identify key gaps & areas of learning & growth.
4. Find the resources that fit your learning style & budget.
5. Create a consistent learning schedule.
6. Implement learnings, measure progress & celebrate milestones.

No. 6 is KEY if you struggle with imposter syndrome and tend to stack courses and books to avoid taking ACTION in your business (I see you, and you’re not alone!) 🫣 Your growth edge may be in implementing, creating, & learning by doing!
