افرادی که خط اخم عمیق دارند، معمولاً نیاز به درمان در ۲ تا ۳ مرحله دارند.
در مرحله اول، با تزریق بوتاکس عضلات آن ناحیه را ریلکس می‌کنیم تا از انقباض و عمیق‌تر شدن خط جلوگیری شود.

پس از حدود ۱۴ روز، در صورت نیاز، ناحیه خط اخم با فیلر پر می‌شود تا عمق خط کاهش پیدا کند.
در برخی موارد، ممکن است مراجعه سوم نیز لازم باشد تا خط اخم به‌طور کامل برطرف شود.

گاهی می‌توان از همان جلسه اول فیلر تزریق کرد، اما ترجیح من این است که ابتدا عضله را ریلکس کنیم و سپس با دقت بیشتر، ناحیه را با فیلر اصلاح کنیم.
با این روش، عمق خط اخم به‌طور قابل‌توجهی کاهش یافته و در بسیاری از موارد کاملاً از بین می‌رود.

For individuals with deep frown lines, treatment is usually performed in 2 to 3 sessions.

In the first step, Botox is injected to relax the muscles in the area and prevent further deepening of the lines.

After approximately 14 days, if needed, dermal filler is used to fill the area and reduce the depth of the frown lines.
In some cases, a third session may be required to achieve optimal results and fully smooth out the lines.

Although filler can sometimes be applied during the first session, I prefer to first relax the muscles and then precisely restore volume with filler.
This approach leads to more natural, high-quality results, significantly softening—and in many cases completely eliminating—frown
