Our Step Up For Him campaign wraps up today, and what an incredible month it’s been!
Thanks to your energy, generosity, and commitment, we’ve raised over $162,000 and covered more than 6,000km together for men’s mental health, that's like covered the distance from Vancouver to Halifax!

Every step you took helps us reach more men and their loved ones with life-changing resources, support, and hope. You’ve shown that no guy has to face his struggles alone, and that together, we can make a real difference.
