Oolong Skor Cookies for a colleague’s birthday 🎉 A play on my Hojicha Toffee Cookies but used Iron Goddess Oolong stone-milled tea powder and chopped up Skor bars. Although some of my cookies are best eaten 1-2 hrs after baking, these are best eaten 12-18 hrs later to allow the tea flavour to infuse into the dough.
