👩🏽‍⚕️Well it’s been a minute since I have shown up on social media but in all honesty it’s the one thing I give up when I need to decongest.

💕Having the kids home has been great but super exhausting and I know you guys can relate.

✈️I would have to say that this summer has been the one for travel, with lots of you guys going away and returning, I hope that you guys have had a blast.

✨We all need a moment to have a reset and a vacation is the perfect way to do so, I cannot wait for mine. I hope you guys feel recharged and ready to tackle the year ahead.

✨Looking forward to seeing you guys back in the clinic if your body feels the need.
