โ€ข Pour Rapid HD resin into the VAT
โ€ข 3D print the molds on the ProFluidics 285D
โ€ข Clean the molds with IPA
โ€ข Cast PDMS on the molds and cure them in a lab oven
โ€ข Peel off the PDMS and plasma bond it to glass

The entire process can be completed in a day.
