It’s official — X**A Group has completed its first-ever hotel project in the USA!

We’re proud to share the full turnkey transformation of the Holiday Inn Express in Ormond Beach, Florida — a complete overhaul from top to bottom.

This milestone project was personally managed and executed by our Managing Partner, Mahmood Kara, who was boots on the ground every single day, making sure every detail was delivered to perfection. His hands-on leadership and dedication brought this vision to life.





This marks a major step forward for X**A Group as we plant our flag in the U.S. market — and we’re just getting started.

One of those outstanding women is Gissell Feliz, who has been with us for several years and has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and skill in managing large-scale hotel projects across Canada. Her dedication and expertise in overseeing complex projects reflect the invaluable contributions women bring to our industry.

The contributions of women in construction are not just about filling roles; they are about bringing a unique perspective, dedication, and expertise to the table.
