As you may know I own 1st Link Group Inc. Recruitment Services.

I have a client out in BC looking for a Terminal Manger. Must have logistics experience/3PL as asset but more importantly knows how to run the entire building. We are looking for someone exceptional for our client. Someone who knows how to work with and through people to bring out the best possible outcomes. Knows how to lead and make decisions along with mentoring their staff. Has a high EQ to continue building lasting relationships with their customers. They also must know how to run the business; P&L ownership which includes knowing cost/profit protection for client contracts, subledger ownership etc. Everything under the roof, they will be responsible for and they will have the authority to make decisions to ensure everything is running at its highest levels.

In return they will be working for a global, brand recognized organization who is a leader in the freight forwarding industry. Succession planning. Report to the VP of Operations, who genuinely cares for his staff and provided a competitive compensation package.
