Ikram Rana - AI Automation
I build practical AI automations that reduce manual work and errors. Father of 2. Builder by nature. Sharing what actually works, not hype.
Business owners are not failing at AI. The AI industry is failing business owners.
The demos look effortless. Real businesses have messy data, legacy systems, permissions, compliance rules, exceptions—and customers who never follow the “perfect” workflow.
Before buying another AI tool, ask:
What exact task will it execute?
What data will it use?
Where must a human decide?
What happens when it gets it wrong?
If those answers are vague, you’re not buying an AI implementation.
You’re buying a demo.
Claude plus Higgsfield just replaced your entire ad agency. And setup takes under 60 seconds.
Here is all you do: go to Claude, click Customize, head to Connectors, click the plus icon, paste your Higgsfield MCP link, hit Add, and connect your account. That is it. Claude is now connected to Higgsfield.
Now just describe what you want and upload your product image. Claude generates a full UGC ad instantly. No production team. No cameras. No editing software. No hours of work.
The kind of ad that used to cost thousands and take days now takes one prompt and a product photo.

One product image. One brief. A folder of finished ads waiting for you in the morning.
Claude connected directly to Higgsfield runs your entire ad production as an agent. Drop in a product shot and describe what you want cinematic, warm lighting, voiceover, 15 seconds. Claude reads the brief, writes a fully structured prompt for Seedance 2, calls Higgsfield, waits for the generation, and returns the finished video link.
You never open a tab. You never touch a prompt field.
And because it is an agent, you can generate five different versions in one go. Different hooks, lighting, and camera angles all from the same product shot. A/B testing that used to take a full day now costs a single prompt.
Kick it off, close your laptop, go to sleep, wake up to finished ads.
Higgsfield has a launch offer running right now: up to 70% off 7 days of unlimited generations and free credits to start. Testing this costs nothing.

A 17-year-old built an app doing over $1 million a month. He used AI. Here is how you can do the same.
Describe your app idea and AI plans the structure, builds the frontend, sets up the backend, and generates all the code for you. It comes with a fully integrated database so your app is production-ready from day one. Not a prototype. A fully working application.
Add three subscription plans and Stripe payments in one prompt. Your app updates instantly.
You get full access to the source code, plus domain, hosting, and a professional email all from the same platform.
No dev team. No agency. No six-month build cycle. Just your idea and AI.

Business owners aren’t resisting AI. They’re being asked to buy tools before anyone has explained what those tools can actually do inside their business.
Before you invest, ask:
What exact workflow will this improve?
What business context and data does it need?
Where must human judgment remain?
How will it integrate with the way we already work?
A polished demo is not an implementation plan.
You’re either buying a working business system—or another promise your team will struggle to use.
Ghost strips every AI-sounding phrase from Claude's writing. The output reads like a real human wrote it.
!99 forces Claude to stop giving wishy-washy "it depends" answers. You get one direct, committed response every time.
Ultrathink puts Claude into maximum reasoning mode. Ten times deeper thinking before it gives you an answer.
OODA makes Claude analyze your situation using a military decision-making framework. Observe, Orient, Decide, Act. Clear next step every time.
Scaffold makes Claude map out a complete step-by-step action plan for any project or task before touching anything else.

Stop opening Canva every time you need a visual. There is a faster way now.
Gamma Imagine just changed how I create graphics. I describe what I want, it generates multiple professional designs in seconds. Different styles, different ideas, all at once like brainstorming and designing happening at the same time.
No templates to search. No tools to switch. No design skills needed.
Gamma was already great for presentations. Now with Gamma Imagine it handles posters, graphics, and visuals on demand. Just go to Generate, click Graphics, describe your idea, and it is done.
Idea to prompt. Prompt to visual. That is the whole workflow.

Every token you send to an AI leaves a trail. And that trail does not shrink it grows 5x bigger.
Here is what is actually happening inside your AI model.
Every prompt saves two vectors per token a key and a value. That is the KV cache. At 32,000 tokens on Llama 70B, that cache hits 17 gigabytes per single request. Engineers have been trying to compress it for years, but 3-bit quantization always broke accuracy until now.
Google's new method, PolarQuant, rewrites each vector in polar form using radius and angle. The angles follow a predictable pattern so only a few bits are needed to store them. A Johnson-Lindenstrauss rotation handles the rest using just sign bits.
Result: 3 bits per number instead of 16. Five times less memory. No fine-tuning. No calibration. Drops into any transformer architecture.
Longer context. Same accuracy. Smaller memory footprint.

The US government just blocked the most powerful ChatGPT model from reaching you before it even launched.
GPT-5.6 is ready. But instead of releasing it publicly, OpenAI agreed to limit access to a small group of government-approved partners. The government is approving access customer by customer. No framework, no timeline, no clarity on when the rest of us get it.
The request follows the same pattern as the Fable 5 situation, the White House views GPT-5.6 as on par with Anthropic’s Mythos in terms of capability. Fable 5 was pulled three days after launch. GPT-5.6 didn’t even make it to launch.
Trump signed an executive order earlier this month asking AI companies to voluntarily submit their most powerful models for government review 30 days before release but the framework for enforcing that hasn’t been established yet.
OpenAI made clear it wasn’t happy: “We don’t believe this kind of government access process should become the long-term default. It keeps the best tools from users, developers, enterprises, cyber defenders, and global partners who need them.”
The real question now: are we entering an era where the most capable AI gets built but kept from the public? Is this as good as consumer AI gets?
