Urban Science’s #PassLeBeat initiative is a collaborative remixing and re-sampling project.
Happy to announce the first in a series of music workshops, discussions, and experiments called LAB X. We are inviting Donny Milwalkee (Halifax/TO) to kick it off with the GOOD INGREDIENTS workshop, focused on numerous technical aspects of music-making: live sound, rhythm, music theory, and proficiencies.

Urban Science’s initiative started during the public health crisis of COVID19, born out of the desire to remain creative and connected despite the isolation policies put into place. It is a collaborative remixing and re-sampling project, based around the principles of hip-hop production, with live musicians at the core.
