If you’re going into your first pedorthic assessment - you may be wondering what it includes. A pedorthist will assess your foot structure and overall function, by checking the range of motion you have at certain joints and to determine where your pain is coming from.
The Pedorthist will also watch you walk or run. How you walk can be causing some of your troubles and could be compensating for the pain that you have.
