This beautiful cheese chisel is hand-carved from the horns of Ankole Longhorn cattle that are native to western Uganda and parts of East Africa.

Upcycled from the food industry, the horns are fair trade, sustainably sourced from rural Ugandan cattle keepers and then carved and polished by small-scale artisans.

The variability of the horns results in unique pieces that come in striking shades of white, black and brown.
