Jake comes to KFit with experience as a trainer and a reputation that is both knowledgeable and professional. He upholds the KFit standards of being the most highly trained and educated coaches through his upcoming completion of the Bachelor of Kinesiology degree, and has already obtained the NSCA-PT certification - which is the most highly reputable personal training certificate in the world!💪

Building muscle vs tendon strength requires different stimulus to maximize adaptations. Depending what your goals are, you must ensure you are training appropriately💪
