We are less than 2 weeks away from the .properties Canadian Masters Cycling Championships presented by on Aug 8-10 and are finding ourselves still short on volunteers in a few areas. We could really use your help and are looking for people to take on small shifts so that we are not placing too much of a time burden on you.

**IMPORTANT MESSAGE**

As of Monday July 28, registration numbers for the Canadian Masters Road Championships remain lower than anticipated. Currently (as of 7:00am PST) there are only 76 unique registrations across all age categories, with a total of 144 single event registrations. This is significant drop in participation compared to last year's championship.

We urge racers, especially in Alberta and BC to sign up and be part of what we know will be a fantastic weekend of racing. It's worth noting that the Canadian Masters Cycling Championships act as a qualifier for the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships. Riders who place within the top 25% of their age group at the Canadian Masters Road Championships automatically qualify for the Gran Fondo World Championships.
