Happy Friday everyone! Ever feel low in energy or like you have nothing in the tank?! Well if you think about it, your “tank” needs fuel, so are you putting in good quality fuel?
Try and get nutritious foods in your diet and a good way to do it is by having smoothies! Us squash players need the calories but they need to be good quality 👍🏼💪🏼

• Ingredients: 1 banana, big handful and a half of frozen spinach, juice or 1 lemon, a chunk of fresh ginger, 1 orange, tablespoon and a half of peanut butter, 4 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt, table spoon of chia seeds and almond milk.
