Inspired by his own active lifestyle and recovery journey, Mike is passionate about helping clients better understand their bodies, shift their relationship with pain, and feel stronger in their day-to-day lives.

Mike brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to care, blending techniques like deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilization to support each client’s unique needs.

Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find him exploring the outdoors, snowboarding, mountain biking, kayaking, or hiking. 🌲🏔️
