if you switched to va**ng i recommend you switch back. if you want to end this addiction just work towards not smoking for 10 minutes in the morning. Your goal, to know when you're ready to quit is when you can comfortably go 4 hrs without smoking once you are awake .

if you can't do 4 hrs how on earth can you quit? come on!!!! lets get you ready okay?
