The BC government has just posted updates to the regulations for health professions to align with the incoming Health Professions and Occupations Act (HPOA): https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/health/practitioner-professional-resources/professional-regulation/health-professions-and-occupations-act

While the updated regulations are now publicly available, they are not yet in effect. The CCHPBC anticipates the updated regulations will be in effect when the government brings the HPOA into force on April 1, 2026.

Notable Update for RMTs - Change in Titles
