Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience
Strong understanding of labour and food cost management
Ability to monitor and manage stock levels efficiently
Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise 10–20 staff at a time
Comfortable working alongside your team on the floor at all times
Solid cash handling knowledge
A true team player with strong work ethic and reliability

What We Offer:

Annual salary: $38,000 – $42,000
