Our staff and guests (and the health of their families) will always remain our top priority which is why we made the decision to temporarily close Skye Cafe and Bistro.

Over the last few days, our staff have been diligent in ensuring that our impeccable cleanliness standards are maintained, even exceeding guidelines set out by the WHO. But in these unprecedented times, we feel it is the right decision to close to try and give the people on the front lines -- nurses, doctors and healthcare professionals -- the best fighting chance. We want to help flatten the curve. We want to keep our staff and their families safe, and our guests and their families safe, too.

We are always looking for ways to serve you outside of the dining room and will keep in touch as things evolve.
