Happy Canada Day! As an immigrant to this spectacular, astonishing country, I am forever grateful to be fortunate enough to live here. That I am also free to celebrate an iconic tradition of my birth country and even make a (rather modest) living from it is also a great source of personal pride. Canada is not a country without a few problems, but you'd have to look pretty bloody hard to find anywhere better!

While most of my spoons are pretty ornate and toward the large side, I also have a fondness for the little ones.
