Just returned home from an amazing trip to Khutzeymateen Inlet. This place blew my mind with its ever-changing scenery, weather, and wildlife. We spent our days living aboard the Afterglow vessel and exploring the inlet by zodiac, winding through its many nooks and crannies.
Khutzeymateen is the first and only protected area dedicated specifically to grizzly bears. Located within the traditional territory of the Gits’iis people, this incredible place is home to grizzly bears and a wide variety of other wildlife.
