This is one of my more recent projects that began as a kitchen renovation with a "slight" electrical overhaul. In this case, the owner was tired of dealing with five separate panels that were poorly labelled. My task was to amalgamate the panels and identify and correctly label the panel. Well, that was just the tip of the iceberg! In the end, we essentially renovated the entire house. With all the changes, it made sense to include a wirelessly controlled lighting system, built in audio system which includes a music server with multiple music sources and speakers throughout the main floor, boosted Wi-Fi network and LED lighting throughout.

Here's a little project we did a few years ago with DBW Contracting. A lot of custom details went into this new build, such as custom stairway, railings, barn door hardware, motion activated lighting, and a teak hardwood floor in shower. The bulk of electrical was pretty standard fair with recessed down lighting throughout, under cabinet lighting, door activated closet light relays, and a motion activated kick space night light in the ensuite bathroom. A media panel handles all the communications networking, along with volume controls and built in speakers on the main floor for your listening pleasure!
