We are hiring an Escape Room Game Host at Horror Escape!

This position is a part-time minimum wage job for the summer, with potential to continue throughout the year. If you are interested, here's what you need to know:

USEFUL SKILLS:
- good time management and organization
- attention to detail
- ability to work well independently AND as a member of a team
- quick problem solving, multitasking, and thinking on your feet
- a strong ability to memorize information rapidly, such as speeches or number combinations
- a penchant for theatricality and good story-telling ability (performing introductions is part of the job)
- confidence interacting with the public on a daily basis and hosting people with a welcoming atmosphere
- retail and customer service experience is an asset

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- making and organizing bookings, both over the phone and in person
- greeting guests, welcoming them in the lobby, and introducing them to the world of escape rooms
- performing and memorizing introductions for the escape rooms to set the scene
- providing information for walk-ins and phone calls
- resetting the escape room puzzles, such as locks and other mechanisms
- working night shifts as late as 11pm end time
- overall making guest's experience a fun and satisfying one!
