Sequoia Vocal Ensemble

We are so grateful to the supportive community of folks who joined us at our relaunch concert last month! If you didn't make it, we are doing a second iteration as a "Gift of Music" concert at St. Andrew's Presbyterian (Douglas at Broughton) on Sunday, April 19 at 2pm. Sequoia is a Victoria-based chamber ensemble which began as a group of friends who met in university choirs and wanted to keep singing. Made up of about 8-12 members, we sing and perform a wide range of pieces including madrigals, hymns, and folk and contemporary pop songs. Most of all, we love uplifting and supporting each other through learning challenging pieces!

We are relaunching after a 10-year hiatus and seeking new members of any treble vocal range (A2 to S1). Though there is no age minimum or limit, we are currently made up of members in their mid-20s to mid-40s.
