You’re not alone.
I’ve been feeling this lately.
With everything I’m trying to manage, it’s easy to feel anxious & overwhelmed by the sheer volume of everything on the to-do list.
Feeling that way can move us into protection mode.
We can freeze, shut down, & can feel like we don’t even know where to begin.
What I’ve realized is that the more attention I give to everything left to do, the bigger the mountain feels.
The easier it becomes to feel behind.
To feel like I’m failing & not doing enough.
So to reduce the overwhelm, instead of focusing on the entire list, I’ve been focusing on the next small step.
I’ve also started shifting my attention from everything left to do, to acknowledging what I’ve achieved.
Research shows that recognizing progress can increase motivation, confidence & our belief in our ability to follow through.
Small wins matter because they create evidence of progress.
They remind us that we’re capable.
They build self-trust.
They create momentum.
It doesn’t have to be the perfect plan.
It doesn’t have to be finishing the entire list.
It can be as simple as taking the next small step & acknowledging the progress you’ve made.
We can so often overlook all that we achieved in a day & not give ourselves enough credit.
It is not a race & you are not behind,
A reminder that it is progress over perfection & that every small step forward counts.🌿
How would it feel to shift your focus & acknowledge your accomplishments?
What’s one thing you’ve done lately that deserves acknowledgment?
🔁 So few of us give ourselves enough credit for all that we accomplish, repost or share with someone who could use acknowledgment. 💌
If this resonated, follow along, I’ve got you! 💛

How long has it been since you carved out time for yourself to pause & deeply connect with yourself?
So many of us are carrying stress, pressure, responsibility, emotional tension, & often grief without realizing how much we are holding in our body.
We adapt.
We push through.
We normalize being in survival mode.
Often, it’s not until we finally exhale, soften, reconnect, & let some of it move through us that we realize just how much we’ve been holding.
I so often hear after a breathwork ceremony:
“I didn’t realize how much I needed this.”
“I didn’t realize how much I was carrying until I let it go.”
In a world that constantly pulls our attention outward, asks us to produce more, & leaves little space for pause,
creating intentional time to slow down, be present, feel, & reconnect with ourselves, can be incredibly restorative.
This connection with presence & our body is what so many of us are missing right now.
Not more analyzing.
Not more information.
Not more to-dos.
Intentional space to reconnect with ourselves, release tension, regulate, & remember what it feels like to actually be present in our own body again. ✨
There is something profoundly powerful in connecting in community.
Softening & sharing together.
Remembering that we are not alone in what we carry.
I feel incredibly grateful to hold space & witness beautiful souls show up for themselves with such openness, & willingness to invest in themselves.
If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, like you’ve been carrying too much,
and are desiring more clarity & ease,
breathwork can be a beautiful way to foster connection & to release.
I hope my friend that you carve out space for yourself to slow down,
to reconnect, & come back into your body,
to come in to presence,
and to exhale.
You are so worthy of that time & space. 💛
I’d love for you to join us in community.

What stories are shaping the way you care for yourself?
We know what supports our wellbeing. The challenge is often our self-talk & the meaning we attach to those behaviours.
Change begins when we begin reframing the way we think about caring for ourselves.
I “should” exercise, but it’s too much work→ I am worthy of investing in myself to feel stronger & healthier
I don’t want to eat healthy, I feel deprived → I’m committed to nourishing my body because my health & wellbeing matter
I need to keep going, resting is lazy →
I deserve rest & sleep as recovery supports my wellbeing, resilience, & capacity
When self-care is rooted in pressure, guilt, deprivation, or something we feel that we “should” do, we often resist it.
Refamed as an act of self-care & an investment in our health, wellbeing, & future, it becomes easier to follow through in ways that honour ourselves.
Self-love is not selfish or vein, it’s an act of self-respect,
a reflection of our sense of self-worth, & is foundational to our wellbeing, resilience, health, & capacity.
If investing in yourself feels difficult, it may be worth getting curious about the story behind that.
Sometimes resistance to caring for ourselves can be rooted not only in our stories about it, but in a lack of self-worth, guilt, shame, or nervous system dysregulation.
What would it feel like to write yourself an empowering new story of self-love?💛
This is the work I’m passionate about supporting people with.
Shifting the beliefs, nervous system patterns, identity & self-worth blocks that keep people feeling disconnected from themselves, & struggling to follow through on the habits, health, & life they deeply want for themselves.
🌿 If you are feeling stuck, struggling to follow through, & are ready to step into a healthier, more aligned version of yourself, the link in bio to book a free discovery call to discuss what that could look like. I’d love to connect.
What story do you notice coming up about investing in your health?
🔁 If you know someone who could benefit from self-love, repost or share ❤️

Has your sleep been suffering lately?
Somewhere along the way, running on less sleep became a badge of honor or nice to have vs. a necessity.
The I’ll sleep when I’m dead mindset, late nights or binge watching “just one more episode” all take their toll.
Sleep isn’t something you catch up on over the weekend.
Your body relies on consistent sleep & wake timing to regulate energy, hormones, metabolism & stress.
When that rhythm is inconsistent, your energy, focus, & stress response become harder to regulate.
When you have quality, consistent sleep, those systems stabilize & function the way they’re meant to.
The truth is, sleep is one of the most powerful & often overlooked ways to improve health, clarity & resilience.
If sleep has been elusive lately, circle back for my next post where I break down what may be compromising it & what actually helps.
