Runners Hip Pain! With repetitive running, weak glutes and/or restricted hip joints can cause stress to accumulate, hip bursitis or IT band syndrome may develop, hip flexor strain or tendonitis can rear its' head, and sometimes labral tears may also be the cause of what ales us runners. Runners, in particular, could always benefit from a professional evaluation to see what might be going on and to keep you on task.

Here's a quick tip: Add 2 sets of single-leg glute bridges to your routine. Throw in a non-negotiable core exercise such as bird dogs or glute bridges. Never jump into a run without a warmup and always stretch once you finish.

The Bible can be broadly divided into the Old Testament, which focuses on God's covenant with the Israelites and prophecies of a coming savior, and the New Testament, which details the life, teachings, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and the establishment of the Christian church.
