The Chamber’s IDEA Committee - Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Advancement - is out in the broader community, actively engaging, curious about how our culture is evolving and what we can do to better support and represent at every level. We are passionate about this work because we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to access resources and build relationships. We sponsor the NEW TO CANADA program. We volunteer on the AMBASSADOR committee, providing a friendly face at the front door for new and prospective members. And, we are always looking for new IDEAs. Share with us what practical ways we can lift up others in the business community.
