This clip is from a special piece that I edited last winter with my friend & co-worker in collaboration with Inclusion BC.
The video focuses on the intersection between gender, disability and employment. We hear from a variety of community members who share their experiences, as well as academics and advocates who speak to the issue at a systemic level.
I hope that viewers are left feeling motivated to re-examine their own biases. Gender is still an active front of change and we all play a part in creating a different world.
