CONDITIONING CLASS:

With a focus on DEEP CORE and PELVIC FLOOR HEALTH, this class is geared towards the individual student, with many variations offered. Kayla’s hands-on approach allows her to answer specific questions while helping create a recovery and wellness plan tailored to the individual student's needs and goals.

Kayla will address and correct body alignment while teaching you how to gently localize and activate your pelvic floor and lower core.

Being rooted in movement, this class will gently move through exercises to help increase and maintain ligament and tendon strength, add integrity to our lower backs, and increase spine health - great for any aging body!

We will learn how to fall safely, helping to prevent and eliminate injury as we move through our lives with confidence and curiosity.
