If you’re wondering where I disappeared, and what’s going on, I wanted to let you know I went back to school for Counselling for two years and am now building my practice called Heartfeltpath Counselling.
Still love EFT and use it in my counselling quite a bit. I also have lots of other evidence-based tools in my kit now, so if you know a mom who could use support let me know. I love supporting moms to gain clarity, confidence, more joy and fulfillment by finding ways through anxiety, depression,grief and overwhelm.
