Beehive Wool Shop

New Wave Fibre is one of our lovely local yarn producers. They recently visited the Beehive with an exciting delivery of Pearl, a sport-weight yarn spun from a beautiful blend of 85% Blue-Faced Leicester and 15% Canadian grown Alpaca. This yarn is soft, lustrous and heavy with lanolin, the oils that make yarn supple and durable.
The skeins are available in an undyed colourway, as well as in beautiful hand-dyed shades from vibrant green to sunny yellow to subtle browns and blues.

We have a beautiful sample knit up in the Natural colourway of Pearl - the Low Tide pullover by Rachel Illsley. You can visit us in store to take a look at this lovely piece!
