🌱 This little avocado seedling — grown from a pit my son and I planted — speaks to something deeper.

There’s something profoundly therapeutic about gardening. It grounds us, gives us space to breathe, and teaches us to trust the process. Watching life grow — from seed to sprout to something whole — helps us reconnect with the rhythm of nature. Especially during life-altering moments, it can bring a deep sense of purpose, resilience, and appreciation. It reminds us that even after loss or uncertainty, regrowth is always possible. 💚

Eating a wide variety of vegetables doesn’t have to be complicated—it’s easier (and tastier) than it sounds!
