“Hi, I’m Rowan Black, Founder of Row Pro Services.

I’m a lifelong resident of Langford, BC, with a diploma in Business Marketing from Camosun College. I started Row Pro Services with the goal of providing reliable, high-quality property maintenance while building strong relationships with homeowners, businesses, and starta complexes

Through Row Pro Services, I provide a wide range of services including home maintenance, handyman services, window washing, soft washing, pressure washing, roof cleaning, landscaping, lawn care, graffiti cover up painting, and ongoing maintenance for residential, commercial, and strata properties. I also assist with vacation rental and Airbnb property maintenance, helping owners keep their properties well-maintained and guest-ready.

Alongside running Row Pro Services, I have a background in property management and maintenance, overseeing service needs for commercial buildings and properties throughout the Lower Island. This experience has given me a strong understanding of what it takes to properly care for a property. My goal is to provide every client with professional service they can trust and a maintenance experience that makes owning and managing a property easier.”
