I made these last week for my Dad's bday. 🥕 cake topped with cream cheese icing! Each cupcake had a 🥕 cake flavoured Hershey's Kiss in the middle....sooo delicious!

Over the past few months I've been so inspired by 🌱 based recipes and baking without eggs or butter amazes me everytime! These chocolate chip cookies are soft, chewy and just as delicious as the real thing! 🍪👌
