it learns to exist beside it

Boozhoo (hello), I want to share something about my ribbon shirts.
Each one is made completely from scratch — not altered from a store-bought shirt, often created from visions, or custom made for you.
There’s the cost of:
* Quality fabric
* Silk ribbons
* Gutermann thread
But the biggest part is time —
patterning, cutting, sewing, and placing every detail with intention.
You’re not just buying a shirt.
You’re investing in handmade work, skill, and something created with care and respect.

I stand where the water remembers
and the mountains still speak, not as someone searching for who I am, but as someone returning to where I began.
Kitchi Manitou knew my spirit
before this body ever touched the earth.
Placed something inside me, not for comfort, but for purpose.
And purpose is not something you wear,
it is something you carry.
A responsibility
to walk in truth when it would be easier to stay quiet, to remain grounded when the winds rise,
to remember that what was given to you
was never meant to be hidden.
So I stand here, not perfect, not untouched, but aligned with what created me.
I am the heart of Loon + Sturgeon 🪶
