Saveur Restaurant is CELEBRATING again as Chef/Owner, Robert Cassels, is being inducted into the BC Restaurant Hall of Fame in 2023 for his ongoing commitment to supporting local farmers and producers. Also, shout out to Ken Nakano of Aura restaurant in Victoria, also being recognized, and great thanks to the BC Restaurant & Foodservices Association!
