9 WEEKS TO GO
SO much work is going into participating in the Women's International Championship. If you are a sponsor, friend, or family member... these next couple of months are going to be wild. Here's a quick rundown:

World Sailing classifications applications for all crew: DONE our part. Waiting.

Flights: working on it! ✈️

Training weekends: Spending a whole lot of time on the ferry!

Logistics: crossing off tasks like it's our ACTUAL job

Teamwork: 💪stronger every week

Behind every race is months of preparation that most people never see.

This isn't a summer off.
It's a summer of commitment. We'll take you on the journey:

Workouts.
Practices.
Strategy sessions.
The women of Cascadia Sailing are all in.

9 weeks. LFG. 💚

⏳ 10 weeks to go.

In just 10 weeks, Cascadia Sailing will be lining up against some of the best women sailors in the world at the New York Yacht Club International Women’s Championship.

Over the next 10 weeks, our focus is on the final push: 💪 training weekends, ⛵ a pre-event regatta and practice block in Newport in early August, 🏋️ continued focus on fitness, and making the most of every opportunity before racing begins.

Thank you to everyone who has helped us get this far. Your support is making this journey possible, and we can’t wait to share the final countdown with you. 🌊⛵🌲

A huge thank you to everyone who donated to our Cascadia Sailing silent auction at Thrash Regatta! ⛵️

Because of the generosity of our sailing community and local businesses, the auction table was full, the bidding was lively, and together we raised $5,000 for Cascadia Sailing as we prepare for the 2026 New York Yacht Club International Women’s Championship in Newport. 🌊

We are so grateful to everyone who donated, bid, shared, and helped make this fundraiser such a success. 💙

We haven’t done Friday Faces in a while, so here’s a pretty great one for you!

Cascadia Sailing crew member Lindsay Bergan just won the 2026 Tasar World Championship with her husband Dalton in Okinawa, Japan. 🌎🏆⛵️

Lindsay and Dalton topped an incredible 113-boat Worlds fleet, finishing the regatta with three first-place finishes, including the final race!

Huge congratulations to Lindsay and Dalton! We are unbelievably proud and excited.
