11 AM - Potluck Pinwheels with Lemon Ricotta and Walnut Carrot Top Pesto with Cathy McLellan. Recipes from Cathy’s book, 'Vegan on the Go'

12:30 PM - Chickpea “Tuna” Salad and Banana Nice Cream with Bimala and Chris Spencer

2 PM - Pakoras with Fresh Mint and Cilantro Chutney with Baljeet (Belle) Samra
