For the month of February, WMT will be participating in the Push-up challenge!

Here’s what it’s all about…

 🎯 The Challenge: 2,000 push-ups in 23 days from Feb 5-27, 2026.

 🧡 The reason: In memory of the ~2,000 lives lost to su***de each day, worldwide.

 🤸🏼 The options: You can replace push-ups with sit-ups, squats, kicks, knees and other alternatives to suit your fitness level. Donations are always appreciated.

 🧠 The cause: Fundraise for CMHA to improve mental health outcomes. All proceeds will go directly to CMHA @ Waterloo Wellington to support members within our own community!

 💪 The perks: Includes a free 4-week Training Program and tips to boost your physical and mental fitness. Of course, this includes bragging rights 😎
