This is Kyle, a personal training client of mine. He was experiencing neck pain and lethargy due to office work, and within just a couple weeks of training his pain was minimal and his energy levels started come back. Now he has gained muscle mass and lives pain free. This was achieved through a mix of science based mobility training, resistance training, and cardiovascular training. This is why I chose to pursue a career in coaching, to see success like his.
