Beyond Housing is hosting an upcoming bike-a-thon to raise funds for a new affordable housing development in Waterloo Region. Out-Spok'n XIII 2023 will take place on June 9-11.

Everyone is welcome to join in Elmira for the traditional ride on the Kissing Bridge Trail for the early morning 60km ride, or to participate remotely.

Construction is underway at 301 Westmount. This four storey mixed-use building with underground parking will contain 85 residential suites along with a number of ground floor commercial units.
