Wilfrid Laurier University
The Laurier Association for Lifelong Learning (LALL) and Wilfrid Laurier University’s Department of Athletics and Recreation have partnered to offer "Active Aging through Nutrition and Exercise".
This new non-credit course, five weeks in length, includes weekly classroom lectures and exercise instruction to support healthy lifestyles in older adults.

The Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation is a widely recognized qualification that provides risk managers a foundation of knowledge and skills needed to identify, assess, monitor and limit risks.
