⚓🎖️ 84th ANNUAL CEREMONIAL REVIEW – IMPORTANT INFORMATION 🎖️⚓

The Annual Ceremonial Review (ACR) is the most important ceremonial event of the training year and celebrates the accomplishments, growth, and achievements of our cadets and corps.

📅 Saturday, June 20, 2026
📍 Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex
101 Father David Bauer Drive, Waterloo

For Cadets
⏰ Arrival: 0800h
👕 Arrive in civilian attire (shoes for drill, not sandals)
🎖️ Bring your complete C1 Uniform on hangers (Cap, Tunic, Lanyard, Webbing, Shirt, Tie, Pants, Boots)

Cadets will spend the day preparing for the ceremony, rehearsing, and assisting with setup. Lunch will be provided!

For Families & Guests
⏰ Guest Arrival: After 1400h
🎖️ Ceremony Begins: 1430h

All family members and guests are welcome to attend as we celebrate another successful training year.

📢 Important Notes
• A reception with light refreshments will follow the ceremony.
• A Corps Photo will be taken after the ceremony.
• Guests will be directed to seating by volunteers upon arrival.
• Cadets may depart once their assigned cleanup and breakdown tasks have been completed.
• We anticipate activities concluding at approximately 1630h.

We encourage all cadets to attend and take part in this important tradition as we recognize the hard work, dedication, and achievements of our corps throughout the training year.

Join us as the K-W Navy League and RCSCC Warspite celebrate another outstanding training year and recognize the achievements of our cadets.

📍 Location: Royal Canadian Legion Branch 272 (26 Schofield Street, Cambridge, ON)

⏰ Arrival: 1830h
🍽️ Dinner & Ceremonies: 1900h

👔 Dress:
CAF Members – No. 3B
Cadets – C3B (No Tunic, No Headdress, No Tie - Wear Name tags, Ranks, & Ribbons not medals)
Civilians – Summer Semi-Formal

👥 Cadets may bring one guest.

The Awards & Recognition Dinner is an opportunity to celebrate the hard work, leadership, dedication, and accomplishments of our cadets throughout the training year. We look forward to recognizing individual achievements, team successes, and the many milestones reached by our corps.

We hope all cadets and their families can join us for this special evening as we celebrate another successful year at Warspite and prepare for our 84th Annual Ceremonial Review on June 20th.

⚓ ATTENTION WARSPITE CADETS & FAMILIES ⚓
⛵ Day Sail Training Weekend – 13 & 14 June 2026

This activity is only for the 20 cadets who signed up and were selected to attend.
All selected cadets will participate in both days of training at HMCS Star in Hamilton.

📍 Departure & Return Location: The Ship @ 316 Marsland Dr, Waterloo
⏰ Cadet Arrival: 0630h
🚌 Bus Departs: 0700h SHARP
⏰ Pickup: 1730h (both days)

🍳 Cadets must eat breakfast before arriving each morning.

👕 Dress: Appropriate Civilian Attire for Sailing
Cadets should wear:
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• Hat
• Closed-toe shoes that can get wet
• Light jacket or rain gear if required
• Sunglasses recommended

🎒 Cadets Should Bring:
• Refillable water bottle
• Sunscreen
• Towel
• Change of clothes

🌦️ Sail Training runs rain or shine unless otherwise directed.

🌊 Cadets should be prepared to spend most of the day outdoors and may get wet while participating in sailing activities. This weekend provides hands-on experience in dinghy sailing and is an excellent opportunity to develop seamanship skills while working as part of a crew.
